Rider-Waite Tarot Cards

Rider Waite collaborated with artist Pamela Colman-Smith to create a new deck of Tarot cards. As a member of the same order as Waite, she was fascinated by the idea of embodying hermetic teachings in symbolic Tarot images. Thanks to Waite's clairvoyance and the creative intuition of Pamela Colman-Smith, the artist who embodied his idea, each "Rider Waite" Tarot card gained its own symbolic drawing expressing its meaning. Today, it is impossible to imagine a modern diviner not using Rider Waite tarot cards. The illustrations on all 78 cards allow them to be interpreted without the need to consult an explanatory booklet.
